1. Ingredients of DIANFAGIC

Paracetamol 325 mg
Tramadol hydrochloride 37.5 mg
Starch 51.6 mg
Lactose 102.5 mg
Patent blue 0.03 mg
PVP 11.2 mg
Eragel 16.8 mg
Talc 11.2 mg
Magnesium stearate 4.2 mg
Purified water 0.1 ml

2. Uses of DIANFAGIC
– Pain relief in cases of severe or moderate pain.
– Cases of pain when there are contraindications or other pain relievers are not effective.

3. Dosage and how to use DIANFAGIC
Dosage and frequency of use depend on the acute or chronic pain condition, but it is best that the maximum duration does not exceed 7 days for a course of treatment.

– Adults and children over 15 years old: take 1-2 tablets/time, every 4-6 hours/time. Total daily dose should not exceed 400mg tramadol hydrochloride.

For patients with impaired renal function:
– If creatinine clearance < 30 ml/minute: The interval between 2 doses is 12 hours and the total dose should not exceed 200 mg/day
– If creatinine clearance < 10 ml/minute: Do not use Tramadol
For patients with severe liver impairment: Single dose of 50 mg, every 12 hours.

4. Contraindications when using DIANFAGIC
– Hypersensitivity to the drug or opioid.

– People who are taking MAO inhibitors or have recently taken them (stopped taking them for less than 15 days).
– Severe respiratory failure, severe liver failure, children under 15 years old, breastfeeding women.
– Uncontrolled epilepsy with treatment. Opioid addiction.

5. Caution when using DIANFAGIC
– People with a history of anaphylactic shock to codeine or other opioids when using tramadol hydrochloride are at risk of anaphylactic shock.
– People with a history of opioid dependence.
